Roman Stammes

Roman Stammes is an entrepreneur and digital strategist with a focus on blockchain technology and digital transformation. Stammes holds a master's degree in digital business management and has built his career in digital transformation, with experience spanning finance, real estate technology, and emerging technologies. He is recognized in Germany for his expertise in the practical applications of Web3 and blockchain.

Before co-founding SOLV3, Stammes held leadership roles at Commerzbank AG and BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co. KG. At Commerzbank AG, he served as a business expert for supply chain finance and innovation, leading projects within the trade finance cluster. At BRUNATA-METRONA, he was head of the digital building business unit, developing business models in the smart building and IoT applications sector for the real estate and housing industry. These roles provided Stammes with a cross-industry perspective that informs his entrepreneurial work.

Stammes co-founded CONF3RENCE and SOLV3. CONF3RENCE is a business event in Germany focused on emerging technology, connecting innovators in Web3, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse. As co-founder of SOLV3, Stammes is active as a speaker and thought leader in digital transformation, with an emphasis on blockchain technology and emerging tech.

As project manager metaverse at ERGO, Stammes leads initiatives in the metaverse. He also serves as chairman of the board at Blockchainverband NRW e.V., where he advances digital transformation and blockchain adoption. His areas of expertise include central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), the digital euro, digital identities (SSI), financial markets, NFTs, the metaverse, and supply chain applications.
