Robert C. Wolcott

Robert Wolcott is the co-founder of TWIN Global. He is also clinical professor of Innovation at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

His book with Kaihan Krippendorff, "Proximity: How Coming Breakthroughs in Just-in-Time Transform Business, Society, and Daily Life," shares stories of the people and companies leading the way. The book places rapidly advancing technologies―from generative AI and 3D printing to lab-grown meats, renewable energy, and virtual reality―in context and explores the factors accelerating the transformation.

His book with Dr. Michael Lippitz, "Grow From Within: Mastering Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation," shares over a decade of research into how established companies create innovation for business value and has since been published in Chinese and Japanese. Wolcott’s work has appeared in MIT Sloan Management Review, The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, BusinessWeek, The Financial Times (European Edition), The New York Times, The Peking University Business Review and a variety of publications worldwide. He is a frequent speaker at events worldwide.

Along with his business partners, Wolcott provides foresight, growth and innovation strategy, and management advice for global corporations and entrepreneurs. They act as angel investors in partnership with corporations and entrepreneurs.
