Roben Dunkin

Roben Dunkin is the chief operations and innovation officer at PGIM, a global asset manager with expertise in public and private asset classes. In this role, Dunkin leads the firm's innovation agenda, focusing on digital transformation and positioning data as a strategic enterprise asset. She oversees the modernization of digital tools, the implementation of robotics and automation, and the enhancement of cost efficiency and risk controls. Dunkin also provides executive oversight for PGIM’s shared operations and serves as the PGIM Letterkenny executive sponsor.

Dunkin’s career includes leadership in technology and operations within the financial services sector. Before joining PGIM, she held global leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including head of US IT, head of EMEA IT, and global head of client technology, where she delivered solutions for institutional research and client needs. At Lehman Brothers, Dunkin led the development of sales performance reporting and investment banking technology platforms. Her professional affiliations include serving on the management advisory board of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business and advising Prudential’s venture capital partnership.

Dunkin is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on neurodiversity and women in technology. Her leadership has been recognized with honors such as Waters Technology Woman of the Year and Champion for Women at the Women in Banking and Finance Awards. Dunkin regularly shares insights on digital transformation, talent development, and the future of financial services.
