Rob Cook

Rob Cook is a transformational speaker, mindset coach, and combat veteran whose journey from military service to post-traumatic growth has established him as a trusted voice on resilience, leadership, and human potential. Cook served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, leading protective teams for Department of Defense officials, including the U.S. Air Force's highest-ranking general and Admiral William McRaven, Commander of USSOCOM. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, traveled extensively, and held several high-profile positions, including assignments at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

As a member of Air Force Security Forces, whose motto is "Defensor Fortis," Cook spent more than two decades trained to identify vulnerabilities and act decisively in high-stakes situations to ensure the safety and security of high-value assets and top leaders. He served as the Protective Services Detail Leader for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Special Operations Command. After retiring honorably, Cook became a certified life coach, helping clients achieve balance in their spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.

Cook's experience overcoming PTSD informs his work in resilience and leadership, guiding audiences and clients to move beyond survival mode and realize their potential. His approach combines military precision with human-centered awareness, supporting individuals and organizations in high-pressure environments. He is the creator of the "Battlefield to Breakthrough Ride," a coaching methodology that integrates military discipline with spiritual and physical grounding.
