Rich Roll is a living testament to personal transformation. He is the host of the wildly popular Rich Roll podcast, as well as an accomplished ultra-endurance athlete, wellness advocate, and author. Through his podcast, Roll delves into areas such as health and wellness, spirituality, entrepreneurship, creativity, and personal development, aiming to inspire and empower listeners to unlock their full potential and live their best lives.

On the eve of his 40th birthday, Roll was overweight and out of shape, rebuilding himself after overcoming a long battle with addiction. Unwilling to face an unhealthy future and in need of a radical reset, Roll switched to a 100% plant-based diet and began a strict regimen of running and swimming. Within two years, he had lost 50 pounds and shocked the ultramarathon and triathlon communities by becoming the first vegan to not only complete the 320-mile ultramarathon event, but also finish in the top ten males. Soon after, he accomplished the EPIC5 Challenge, completing five ironman-distance triathlons on the five islands of Hawaii in under one week.

To execute such remarkable feats is one thing; to inspire others to do the same is another. In 2012, Roll published his memoir "Finding Ultra: Rejecting Middle Age, Becoming One of the World’s Fittest Men, and Discovering Myself." The book quickly became a bestseller and established Roll as a wellness community leader and insightful storyteller. He settled further into this role after launching his podcast, a conversation-based series that decodes human transformation with artists, athletes, business leaders, and more.

In 2024, Roll took his mission further and launched Voicing Change Media in partnership with RXR. The creator podcast network features talent such as Rainn Wilson and Dr. Rangan Chatterjee and strives to amplify top voices in health, wellness, performance, spirituality, and culture.
