Ram Charan

Ram Charan is an Indian-American business advisor, author, and speaker with a career spanning more than four decades in management consulting, corporate governance, and business strategy. Charan earned MBA and doctorate degrees from Harvard Business School, graduating with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. He served on the faculties of Harvard Business School and Northwestern University before focusing on consulting full-time.

Charan has advised companies including GE, Bank of America, DuPont, Novartis, EMC, 3M, Verizon, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, GMR, Max Group, Yildiz Holdings, and Grupo RBS. He is recognized for his ability to simplify complex business challenges and provide practical solutions in areas such as growth, talent development, digital transformation, and corporate governance.
