Raele Altano

Raele Altano is a twice-certified Communication Coach and the founder of Well With Raele Coaching, where she helps women speak up with courage, clarity, and confidence, enabling them to transition from survival mode to a life built on their terms.

A graduate of the Coach Training Alliance and 3V Communications, Altano empowers clients to find their voice and communicate effectively, whether navigating tough conversations, advocating for themselves at work or home, or simply feeling more at ease speaking up and owning their wins. Her approach blends practical communication strategy with transformational mindset work, making confident communication feel authentic and empowering. Altano works with individuals through one-on-one coaching, hosts six-week group intensives on transforming mindset and communication skills, and leads workshops for nonprofits and corporate teams. Coaching's GrowthCon, where she shared strategies for mastering the art of assertive communication.
