Priyanka Naik

Priyanka Naik is a self-taught Indian American vegan chef, Food Network champion, TV host, author, and public speaker whose career spans culinary innovation, sustainability, and cultural storytelling. Naik transitioned from a career in technology, with experience at X (formerly Twitter), Bloomberg, and Condé Nast, to pursue her passion for plant-based cooking full time. Opting not to attend culinary school due to its focus on European and non-vegetarian cuisine, Naik established her own culinary brand centered on vegan recipes, global flavors, and her Indian heritage.

Naik's culinary expertise has led to multiple television appearances, including The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Food Network's "Cooks vs. Cons," where she was named champion. She also won the Quibi competition series "Dishmantled" and hosts "Dish it Healthy with Priyanka Naik," a Tastemade original show on Food Network Kitchen. Her sustainable, globally inspired recipes have been featured on "TODAY Table," an NBC Peacock TV show she co-hosts.

Naik is the author of "The Modern Tiffin," a cookbook published by Simon & Schuster that features 55 vegan recipes inspired by her heritage and global travels. The book has been featured in Bon Appétit, Forbes, and other major outlets. The TODAY Show recognized Naik as one of America's top chefs.

Naik served as the first vegan guest chef at W Maldives, where she developed a sustainable plant-based menu and curated cooking experiences. She received the Boston University Young Alumni Award for leadership and innovation and was recognized at the White House during a Diwali celebration honoring prominent Indian Americans.
