Preston Pollard

Preston Pollard is a professional skateboarder, television personality, and motivational speaker recognized for his work in youth development and skateboarding culture. Pollard overcame early challenges, including ADHD and reading difficulties, and was placed in special education classes. He has described discovering skateboarding at age seven as a pivotal moment that sparked his passion for the sport. By the time he graduated from high school, Pollard was producing skateboard films and securing sponsorships within the Anchorage skateboarding community.

After high school, Pollard relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional skateboarder and motivational speaker. He has appeared in advertising campaigns for major brands such as Nike, Vox, and Jones Soda, and has been featured on billboards and skateboard decks. Pollard has made television appearances on Oprah Network and served as a host for JCTV, a TBN youth program broadcast to over 2 million homes. His on-screen credits include projects such as "Hi How Are You?," "Hollywood," and "The Alyson Stoner Project." He has also been featured in national skateboarding magazines.

Pollard is the founder of the Push Forward Program, a mentorship initiative for youth in grades six through twelve. The program provides prerecorded video content, worksheets focused on emotional intelligence, and live sessions with Pollard. It features interviews with actors, directors, and artists, including a widely viewed interview with John Hope Bryant. Pollard has mentored a diverse range of individuals, including at-risk teens and children of public figures, and has worked with organizations such as the Sheriff's Youth Foundation in Los Angeles.
