After leaving Domino's, Doyle partnered with The Carlyle Group to acquire established companies with potential for value creation through technological transformation. He later served as executive chair of the board of Restaurant Brands International, which owns Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons. Doyle also served on the board of directors of Best Buy Co., Inc., including as chairman of the board. He has been recognized with the IFA Hall of Fame Award at the International Franchise Association's Annual Convention for his contributions to the restaurant and food service industry.
