Partha Nandi

Partha Nandi, MD, FACP is an executive, practicing gastroenterologist, and keynote speaker whose work sits at the intersection of organizational performance and clinical medicine. He serves as President and Chief Medical Officer of Pinnacle GI Partners, a specialty healthcare organization in Michigan, and is CEO of Health Hero Pharmacies. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a board member at numerous business and civic organizations.

Dr. Nandi works with executive teams, leadership conferences, and corporate audiences on what he calls Vitality by Design, a framework that treats employee burnout, performance decline, and rising healthcare costs as predictable outputs of organizational inputs that can be measured and redesigned. Drawing on his clinical training and his operating experience across a multi entity enterprise, he gives leaders a diagnostic for the systems they run and a practical model for redesigning them around how human biology actually works.

Dr. Nandi is the author of four books, including the New York Times and Mayo Clinic bestseller "Heal Your Gut, Save Your Brain." He hosts the Emmy Award-winning television program "Ask Dr. Nandi," which is syndicated to 95 million homes across more than 90 countries, and serves as Chief Health Editor for WXYZ ABC Detroit. He has been published in peer reviewed medical journals, has lectured at Digestive Disease Week and other premier medical meetings, and has partnered with the Ministries of Health in India and Jamaica as well as the World Health Organization on global patient advocacy work. Dr. Nandi lives in Detroit, Michigan with his wife Kali and their three children.
