Pamela Bardhi

Pamela Bardhi is a serial entrepreneur, real estate developer, and podcast host known for her work in the Boston real estate market. Bardhi began her career at her family's pizza shop at age 10 and opened two restaurants by age 21 before transitioning to real estate development. By her late twenties, she built a nine-figure real estate portfolio and earned features in Forbes and Time Magazine. Her educational background includes Stonehill College, Babson College, and Harvard Business School.

As founder of the Mosché Group, a Boston-based company specializing in development, construction, and brokerage, Bardhi has sold, developed, or acquired more than $100 million in real estate assets. She became the youngest female general contractor in Massachusetts, earning her Unrestricted Construction Supervisor license.
