Nikki Greenberg

Nikki Greenberg is recognized as a leading real estate futurist and keynote speaker whose work focuses on artificial intelligence, property technology, and urban innovation. Greenberg brings more than two decades of experience in real estate development, urban innovation, and technology-driven transformation. She began her career in architecture, working with real estate developer Lendlease and architect Koichi Takada in Sydney, Australia, on projects that include luxury shopping malls and master-planned communities. Greenberg holds a Master of International Business, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from UNSW in Sydney.

Greenberg's corporate experience spans multiple continents and includes significant roles in global real estate. She previously served as head of technology strategy and digital management at QIC, an Australian investment manager, where she led digital transformation for the real estate group, overseeing $17 billion in assets under management and a $4 billion development pipeline. Greenberg has worked with organizations such as Lendlease, QIC, Brown Harris Stevens, Koichi Takada Architects, and Greenland Australia, combining architectural, commercial, and technological expertise. As a developer and industry leader, she has contributed to projects in Australia, New York, and China.

In addition to her executive roles, Greenberg is active in community and industry leadership. She is the founder and global ambassador of Women in PropTech and served three terms as co-chair of the Urban Land Institute's Technology & Innovation Council in New York City. Greenberg has delivered keynote presentations for organizations including Bank of America, Brookfield, the National Association of Realtors, MIPIM, Smart Cities Expo, and UN Habitat, addressing topics such as the future of work, artificial intelligence, Gen Z in the workplace, sustainable cities, and the evolution of urban environments. She is also the host of "The Visionaries," a YouTube series exploring how CEOs, founders, and city leaders bring innovative ideas to life.
