Nicole Tinson is the Founder and CEO of HBCU 20x20. Tinson is a Dillard (HBCU) and Yale University (Ivy League) alumna. Her experiences informed her about the importance of disrupting the current status quo of recruiting and providing unique and innovative ways for companies to engage with Black talent at HBCUs and beyond in the 21st Century.
As an HBCU, Diversity and Inclusion, and Civil Rights advocate, she has learned to transform her pain into power and has made it her life’s work to empower others along the way. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and has been recognized by Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Black Enterprise, Huffington Post, HBCU Buzz’s, and many more.
