Neil Ihde

Neil Ihde (pronounced "Ee-dee") is a professional speaker, trainer, and storyteller who founded Life IQ, a platform focused on helping groups and individuals improve workplace effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and personal development. Ihde holds bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology, as well as a master's degree in counseling. Early in his career, Ihde worked in healthcare settings, including outpatient counseling and group therapy, before transitioning into organizational psychology and corporate training, which shaped his approach to professional and personal growth.

Over more than two decades of speaking and consulting, Ihde has worked with more than 30 Fortune 500 companies, including Nike, AT&T, Domino's, Transamerica, Merrill Lynch, and Walmart, and has consulted internationally with clients from multiple countries. His expertise includes emotional intelligence, personality assessment, leadership development, conflict resolution, and career and life prioritization.
