Michelle Caba

Michelle Caba is a best-selling author, speaker, business advisor, and brand strategist with a background in Wall Street finance and behavioral psychology. Caba holds a master's degree in behavioral psychology from Columbia University and spent two decades in finance, developing expertise in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies and global businesses. She is certified with Series 7 and 66 licenses, combining academic knowledge with practical financial experience.

After her tenure on Wall Street, Caba transitioned to entrepreneurship by acquiring and revitalizing a struggling salon in Hoboken, New Jersey, turning it profitable and selling it within eight months. This experience led to the founding of Fama Agency, a brand and business development consulting firm. Fama Agency offers services in fractional growth officer roles, business advisory, brand development, and media buying. The agency is also home to the Style Your Business Accelerator, a digital platform that has supported more than 600 businesses in increasing their revenue.
