Beginning his career on the frontline, Sims rose through operational leadership into senior roles across Continuous Improvement and Learning & Development, leading functions across the UK, Europe, and globally. He is the creator of practical, people-focused frameworks like The Bridge to Inspirational Leadership, helping leaders engage, inspire, and drive sustainable performance.

Sims holds elite qualifications including Lean Mastery (MBB), Lean Six Sigma Post-HBO Black Belt, Lean Leader (ISO 18404), and is a graduate of the World Class Manufacturing Academy. In 2025, he received both a BQF Excellenteer Award—presented by HRH The Princess Royal—and a Global Recognition Award™ for visionary leadership and transformative impact.
