Matt Navarro

Matt Navarro is the Global President of Stanley 1913, the iconic drinkware brand owned by PMI WW Brands, where he leads the company’s global strategy, growth, consumer positioning and brand development. Since joining Stanley in 2020, Navarro has played a central role in expanding the century-old brand from its heritage as a rugged, utility-focused drinkware company into a global lifestyle brand with a broad consumer following.

Navarro’s career has centered on building brands, developing commercial strategies and driving growth across the outdoor, sports and consumer-products industries. Before Stanley, he held senior leadership positions at Amer Sports, including Vice President of Sales for North America, where he worked across brands including Salomon, Arc’teryx, Atomic, Suunto and Wilson.

At Stanley, Navarro has helped guide the company through the explosive popularity of its Quencher tumbler while pursuing broader product categories, global expansion, strategic partnerships and continued brand innovation. His leadership has included collaborations with major retailers and cultural figures, including Caitlin Clark and Post Malone, as Stanley has sought to build a brand that extends beyond its viral products.

A graduate of Presbyterian College, where he earned his degree in history in 1999, Navarro initially intended to pursue a career as a teacher and coach before moving into sports management and ultimately consumer-brand leadership. He has spoken publicly about the value of adaptability, communication, networking and gaining real-world experience rather than specializing too early in a career.
