With a robust background in private practice and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sector, Dance brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for innovative mental health solutions to the workplace.

As the founder of a thriving private practice, Dance successfully cultivated a collaborative team environment, driving significant growth and impact. Under her leadership, the practice expanded to include ten therapists before she eventually sold the business, demonstrating her strategic acumen and commitment to excellence.

Transitioning into the Director of Corporate Training role within the EAP industry, Dance discovered her enthusiasm for crafting tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs. This led her to spearhead the training department, developing and delivering impactful programs that resonated with clients and stakeholders alike. Her notable achievements in this role include engaging with over 80 companies and training upwards of 3,000 individuals in less than a year.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dance also serves as an adjunct professor in psychology, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field.
