Mary Vincent is a leader with a proven track record in technology, investment, strategic, and global cross-functional leadership. She provides business value through applied innovation, delivering solutions, and building teams in zero-to-one technology domains. A Space AI Research Engineering Manager and Associate Fellow at Lockheed Martin Space, Vincent creates and scales solutions that immediately meet customers’ needs. She enjoys mentoring, developing, and coaching her team to excel both personally and professionally, as well as presenting to and collaborating with senior executives.

Vincent is passionate and experienced in climate change mitigation and continues to judge earth-friendly tech startups. Her previous experience includes corporate engineering, venture capital, advising, mentoring, and judging startups, as well as global speaking engagements. She has served on the Science Technology Advisory Board for YStrategies Investments, a National Renewable Energy Lab affiliate; as an Entrepreneur in Residence at SK Telecom Americas Ventures; co-founded and served as CoCTO and Head of Product Engineering at Quality UX Research for Wearable IoT ETextile; founded Green Star Labs and Green Software Unconference; and worked as an account engineer, release engineering manager, and leader for VP app projects in Java Partner Engineering at Sun Microsystems.

Vincent has been a speaker and startup judge at events such as TEDx Mountain View, Space Tech Expo Long Beach, IEEE Startup Pitch, and Google Launchpad, among many others.
