Mark Entrekin

Mark Entrekin is a professional speaker, senior transformation coach, senior business consultant, and entrepreneur whose career spans more than four decades of leadership in business consulting, Agile transformation, and organizational development. Entrekin holds a master's degree in organizational management and a bachelor's degree in business information systems, along with multiple leadership certifications in Team Agile, Scaled Agile, and ITIL. He is also a Distinguished Toastmaster.

Entrekin is the founder of Reality Focused Dynamics, a company focused on fostering personal and professional growth through honest, clear-eyed thinking. He has extensive experience coaching business leaders on Agile, Scrum, and productivity strategies, and also guides individuals and couples through life transitions.
