Mark C. Winters

Mark C. Winters is an entrepreneur, author, and business coach with more than three decades of experience in entrepreneurial leadership. Winters has started, acquired, closed, and sold 14 companies, including a venture that achieved a 100x cash return in under three years. His business ventures have ranged from early-stage startups to involvement with global enterprises such as Procter & Gamble and British Petroleum. Winters developed his interest in entrepreneurship while attending business school at the University of Chicago.

Winters is the co-author of the book "Rocket Fuel" with EOS founder Gino Wickman. "Rocket Fuel" explores the roles of Visionary and Integrator within organizations and provides guidance on how effective collaboration between these roles can drive business growth. The book includes assessments to help readers identify their strengths as either a Visionary or an Integrator. Winters is also the founder and Visionary of Rocket Fuel University, an educational platform focused on entrepreneurial leadership and the EOS model. His work has influenced thousands of businesses implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

As a teacher, coach, and facilitator, Winters works directly with entrepreneurial leadership teams as an Expert EOS Implementer, guiding them through the EOS process. He has delivered more than 900 full-day EOS workshops, supporting leadership teams in achieving clarity and operational efficiency. Winters is recognized for his ability to help entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and align their teams for business growth.

Rocket Fuel University offers resources for both Integrators and Visionaries, including the Integrator Masterclass, which features over 50 video modules, live group coaching, and exclusive membership access.
