
Mark Brunetz is an Emmy Award-winning television host, interior designer, author, and speaker whose career spans entertainment, interior design, and social entrepreneurship. Brunetz began his career in content production, creating and co-starring in two of Jane Fonda's best-selling fitness videos, "Lower Body Solution" and "Step Aerobics & Abdominal Workout," which grossed more than $90 million worldwide. He co-founded Fortis Films with actress and producer Sandra Bullock, developing projects including "Hope Floats" for 20th Century Fox, "Practical Magic" for Warner Bros. Pictures, and "George Lopez" for ABC Television.
In the early 2000s, Brunetz hosted programs for MTV, HGTV, and TLC before joining the cast of "Clean House" on Style Network. He appeared in more than 300 episodes of makeover television for various networks and received an Emmy Award as co-host of "Clean House: The Messiest Home in the Country." Brunetz shared hosting responsibilities with comedians Niecy Nash, Matt Iseman, and Trish Suhr on "Clean House," "Clean House Comes Clean," and "Clean House: The Messiest Home in the Country." The show aired in more than 30 countries and established Brunetz as a prominent figure in television design.
Since founding Mark Brunetz Interior Design, Brunetz has transformed homes worldwide through his design philosophy, home collection, book, television shows, media appearances, and social entrepreneurship. He expanded his company's media division by authoring "Take the U Out of Clutter" with Penguin Random House and launching a home furnishings line on HSN. The book was nominated for Best Organizing Book. Brunetz has created content for lifestyle brands such as Princess Cruises and International Design Guild, with work featured in Architectural Digest and Vanity Fair.
After nine years co-hosting "Clean House," Brunetz launched "Scandalabra," a podcast exploring the design world. He founded Design For A Difference in partnership with International Design Guild, a grassroots initiative contributing millions in design goods and services to charities throughout the United States. Through Design For A Difference, Brunetz has united thousands of designers to transform charitable spaces across the United States and Canada. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, ELLE Decor, and The New York Times, and recognized on the LUXE Interiors + Design Gold List.
