Marcus Kowal is widely recognized for his expertise and versatility in the martial arts world. As the owner and lead instructor at Systems Training Center in Los Angeles, Kowal has demonstrated his comprehensive knowledge of various combat sports, including Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), kick-boxing, and boxing. His storied career has not only been confined to the ring, as his athletic prowess has also earned him appearances on popular TV shows such as "Celebrity Fit Club," "The Tyra Banks Show," "Dr. 90210," "I form med," and "National Body Challenge" on the National Geographic Channel.

Beyond his own accomplishments, Kowal has also played a significant role in training a host of celebrities. He founded Liam's Life Foundation, a non-profit created in honor of his fifteen month old son who was hit and killed by a drunk driver.
