Malcom Glenn

Malcom Glenn is an equity consultant, keynote speaker, writer, and public policy and communications specialist focused on advancing measurable equity within organizations and communities. Glenn is the founder of MG Equity Consulting, an advisory firm that assists organizations in embedding equity into both internal and external operations. MG Equity Consulting advises corporations, nonprofits, and think tanks on integrating equity into workplace culture, strategic planning, recruitment, products, platforms, policies, and advocacy initiatives. Glenn applies policy strategies to improve outcomes in housing, transportation, economic development, education, and infrastructure.

Before establishing his firm, Glenn held leadership roles at major technology companies. He served as Head of Global Policy for Accessibility and Underserved Communities at Uber Technologies, where he led efforts to increase platform accessibility for marginalized groups, including people with disabilities, low-income families, communities of color, seniors, and returning citizens. At Google, Glenn was an executive communications manager, overseeing communications for two chief financial officers and their teams. He also served as national director of communications at the American Federation for Children, an advocacy group focused on expanding educational options for children from low-income families, and managed issue campaigns at polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner.

Glenn's expertise spans the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. He is a Fellow for the Future of Land and Housing program at New America and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Workforce Inclusion. Glenn has served as a U.S. policy consultant for the Global Reporting Initiative, collaborating with lawmakers and advocates to promote expanded corporate ESG reporting requirements. He is a member of the Council on Criminal Justice and serves on the boards of the Consumer Technology Association Foundation, BUILD Metro DC, and the World Institute on Disability.

As a keynote speaker and facilitator, Glenn addresses topics such as equitable policy development in housing, transportation, workforce development, criminal justice reform, and public health. He holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential and has spoken at events including the Equiticity Second Annual Event in Chicago, Legal Geek North America, and Datamaran's Future of ESG Regulation at Climate Week in New York.

Glenn earned a bachelor's degree in history from Harvard College, where he was president of The Harvard Crimson. His cross-sector experience and academic background inform his work in equity, inclusion, and public policy.
