Lou Carbone Biography
Lou Carbone is the founder, President, and Chief Experience Officer of Experience Engineering, Inc., a Minneapolis-based experience management firm. He is also the author of "Clued In – How to Keep Customers Coming Back Again and Again." Carbone has authored and co-authored numerous award-winning academic articles with over 50,000 reads and thousands of citations. He also contributes to chapters in many books, including textbooks, such as "The Trusted Leader: Building the Relationships That Make Government Work" (CQ Press, A Division of the Congressional Quarterly) and "Improving the Airport Customer Experience" (Transportation Research Board). He is also a Professor of Practice at the Broad School of Business at Michigan State University, where he teaches the first Master of Science Degree in Customer Experience Management. He has spent more than two decades developing experience in value management theory and practice in various industries, including travel, healthcare, retail, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and education.
