Lolo Jones

Lolo Jones is a USA track and field star, who specializes in the 60 meter and 100-meter hurdles.She has won three NCAA titles and garnered 11 All-American honors while at LSU. As well, she won indoor national titles in 2007 and 2008 in the 60m hurdles, and won her first world championship in 2008 in the same event.

Jones was part of the Louisiana State University track and field team. In the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship, she won the 100-meter hurdles, and in 2003 and 2004, Jones won the indoor hurdles event at the NCAA Championship.

One year later she won the Torino Memorial event, and in 2006 she won both the Ostrava track event as well as the Heusden track event.

Jones went on to win the USA Outdoor Championship and the USA and World Indoor Championship in 2008. Unfortunately, during her appearance at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in the 100-meter hurdle event, she stumbled on the penultimate hurdle and finished 17th in the race.

In her next Olympic appearance, at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, she placed 4th in the 100-meter hurdle event.

After this incident, Jones began training as a part of the U.S. bobsled team for the 2014 Sochi Winter Games. At the Winer Games, Jones and her team mate came in at 11th place.

Most recently, Jones competed in the 19th season of Dancing with the Stars (2014) as well as MTV's The Challenge: Champs vs. Pros (2017).
