Linnda Durré, Ph.D.

Linnda Durré, Ph.D., is a professional in psychology, sports performance, and corporate consulting. Durré earned a Bachelor of Arts in human development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, now known as Alliant International University.

A psychotherapist, sports performance coach and consultant, corporate trainer, international speaker, writer, published author, magazine and newspaper columnist, television and radio talk show host, and media guest, Durré brings a broad range of expertise to her work. She has served as an expert witness, case consultant, and jury selection consultant, and has been qualified in 12 states as an expert witness in personal injury law, employment law, family law, and criminal law.

As a sports performance consultant and coach, Durré has worked with athletes at the elementary, middle school, high school, college, and professional levels, including those in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, soccer, golf, swimming, tennis, lacrosse, and field hockey. She has interviewed for staff positions with the New York Giants, Tennessee Titans, Detroit Tigers, and the Brooklyn Nets, and has worked as a sports consultant with the Orlando Magic. Durré’s approach focuses on consulting with athletes to support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, serving both individual competitors and organizations.

Durré has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, professional associations, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations, providing customer service training, time efficiency and stress management seminars, conflict resolution, strategic planning, communication techniques, assertiveness training, diversity awareness, and empowerment workshops. She hosted and co-produced two live call-in television shows and was selected to host "Ask the Family Therapist" on America's Health Network, associated with Mayo Clinic. She also served as the weekly guest psychotherapist on CW’s nationally syndicated morning show, "The Daily Buzz," writing the Q&A segment for herself and the hosts.

Durré’s creative work includes writing "The Viewing" as her entry to Edward Albee's Master Class in Playwrighting, adapting it into a short film, and directing, producing, and casting the project. The film won two Crystal Reel Awards from the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association, including "Best Short Script." It was an official selection at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and the Delray Beach Film Festival, and a finalist at the Best in Florida/Made in Florida Film Festival.
