Lindsey Peckham

Lindsey Peckham is the Founder and Principal of Handle With Care, a hospitality strategy and culture firm dedicated to translating elevated service into commercial impact through team development, guest-experience design, and immersive training. Prior to launching her own venture, Lindsey served as Brand Director at Make It Nice (also known as Make It Nice Hospitality) where she led brand-building efforts across menus, service rituals, event programming, and internal culture.

A graduate of New York University (BA), Lindsey began her hospitality career in some of New York City’s most acclaimed restaurants, including Minetta Tavern and estela — experiences that grounded her in front-line service, operational intensity, and high-stakes guest moments.

She then joined the team at Eleven Madison Park, where she ultimately served as Director of Guest Relations. In that role, Lindsey focused on building strong cross-functional teams, designing guest-journeys that felt seamless yet surprising, and instilling a culture of “service as hospitality” rather than simply transaction.

Today, through Handle With Care, Lindsey partners with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands to translate those elite-level principles into scalable practices: training guest-facing staff, strengthening leadership, embedding brand values into daily rituals, and ensuring that culture supports both guest delight and business growth. Her work emphasizes that iconic hospitality is not an accident — it’s engineered through clarity of purpose, thoughtful human systems, and the consistent activation of intangible values.
