Lenn Millbower

Lenn Millbower, the founder and president of Offbeat Training LLC, specializes in training Disney and entertainment inspired methods so that training professionals can make their own magic.

Millbower began his professional career as an entertainer, performing throughout the U.S. and on cruise ships. He next joined Walt Disney World, starting in Epcot operations and rising to become one of the training leaders. He wrote leadership, technical, and soft-skills training for Walt Disney world employees and The Disney Approach to Loyalty, Quality Service, and Health Care Professionals programs for the Disney Institute. For Walt Disney Entertainment, he wrote character, fireworks, and leadership training.

Post Disney, Millbower teaches his entertainment-based Learnertainment® techniques, Disney and Santa Claus inspired presentations, and helps organizations reframe their culture.
