Lee Kohse Biography
As an artist and Creative Director, Lee Kohse has contributed art to the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Aliens, Predator, Voltron, How to Train Your Dragon and Speed Racer franchises, among others. His art hangs in galleries around the world and he has illustrated comics and children's books. Kohse created his own intellectual properties such as Kindergoth, and assists producers and writers in Hollywood to create visuals, storyboards, and character for their projects. His work spans various genres, including industrial, goth, and fantasy.
Kohse's art resides in several major collections including those of George Lucas and the Dreier Group. He is a 2024 Inkpot Award recipient and an Honorary Member of the 501st Legion Honorary Member, which recognizes those who have contributed their time, skills and talents to the Star Wars saga in some special way.
Kohse engages with his audience through live art sessions on Twitch, where he shares his creative process and interacts with viewers.
