Leanne Hainsby-Alldis

Leanne Hainsby-Alldis is a fitness instructor, women's health advocate, and former professional dancer whose career spans the global wellness industry. After attending performing arts college for professional dance training, Hainsby-Alldis embarked on a 12-year career as a professional dancer. She performed with Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, and Steps on tours and television appearances, with credits on "The X Factor" and "Strictly Come Dancing," as well as the Victoria's Secret London show and the Royal Variety Show.

Hainsby-Alldis became the first female Peloton instructor in the United Kingdom, playing a key role in launching the brand in London. Her teaching approach encourages members to challenge themselves, emphasizing that growth often comes from discomfort. She later expanded her role on the platform by launching as a Barre instructor, integrating her dance and strength training background. Hainsby-Alldis has built a substantial following in the fitness and wellness community.

Following a breast cancer diagnosis shortly after the loss of her best friend, Hainsby-Alldis became an advocate for breast cancer awareness, particularly among young women. She underwent IVF and treatment for triple-positive breast cancer while continuing to teach Peloton classes during chemotherapy. Hainsby-Alldis has spoken publicly about the importance of self-advocacy in health, stating, "I know my body, and so I went back for a second opinion. And the second opinion saved my life."

Hainsby-Alldis is also a wellness entrepreneur, developing a capsule fashion collection with all profits supporting the breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel. Her advocacy includes promoting the "Feel it on the First" campaign, which encourages monthly breast self-examinations among younger women. Her work has been featured in People, Vanity Fair, Fortune, and Well+Good. Hainsby-Alldis is also active as a motivational speaker, addressing topics such as health, resilience, wellbeing, and peak performance.
