Lea Salonga

Lea Salonga first gained prominence in the world of performing arts when she originated the role of Kim in the West End production of "Miss Saigon" in 1989. This performance earned her the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical. She reprised this role on Broadway in 1991, adding a Tony Award to her collection of accolades.
