Kristen Geez

Kristen Geez is the CEO of Advising Generation Z, a 501c3 diversion mentoring program, and Founder of AdvisingGenz, the first-of-its-kind learning management system and mobile application that makes digital discipline lessons to 10-24-year-olds. She is also a 2x published author, instructional content creator, national speaker, professor, and a passionate advocate for bridging the communication gap between generations.

Geez holds degrees from Wiley College and Wayland Baptist University and is a Ph.D. student studying Strategic Leadership (DSL) at Liberty University. Known for being a transformational leader, Geez offers clarity, new insights, and proven solutions to help society understand how best to reach, redirect, and uplift misguided youth and young adults.

Geez has been recognized for her distinctly modern and refreshing perspectives on leadership, education, restorative practices, and Gen Z & millennial topics. She has also spearheaded projects for the nation’s most prominent Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and media outlets. These projects include instructional videos, training workshops focused on managing a multigenerational workforce, alternate disciplinary learning, and best practices for young emerging talent.
