Webb began her wellness journey in Humboldt, Tennessee, becoming a certified personal trainer at 19 and a life coach at 25. Her own transformative path led her to yoga, veganism, plant-based nutrition, breathwork and neuroemotional coaching—practices she has shared with thousands over the past two decades.

In 2018, she launched Get Loved Up Yoga School to champion diversity in wellness and holistic corporate programs. By 2019, she had published her first book, taught at major global conferences, collaborated with over 40 wellness brands and scaled her business to six and seven figures, even supporting her team during the pandemic.
