Kimberly Ratcliff

Kimberly Ratcliff is the CEO of Ratcliff Premium Meats, a vertically integrated beef company focused on quality, sustainability, and community impact. After earning a degree in marketing and computer science from Long Island University, Ratcliff began her career in New York City, working in branding and public relations at Bloomberg LP. Seeking to bridge the gap between financial markets and agricultural producers, she returned to Texas to transform her family’s Caney Creek Ranch into a modern cattle operation and launched Ratcliff Premium Meats, which supplies ranch-direct beef to consumers and partners with nearly 100 local producers.

Ratcliff is an advocate for minority and underserved farmers, founding the Ratcliff Community Base Organization, a nonprofit agricultural cooperative focused on education and marketing alliances for producers. Her work has received national attention, including a feature on CBS Saturday Morning and speaking engagements at major events such as the Aspen Ideas Festival, where she addresses challenges and opportunities in rural communities and the agricultural sector. Ratcliff has also developed partnerships with organizations such as Central Texas Food Bank to combat food insecurity and preserve the Black farming legacy in Texas.

Ratcliff has been appointed to the Governor’s Commission for Women, the USDA Minority Farm Advisory Committee, and the Texas Rural Leadership Board. Her experience spans Wall Street and ranch management, and she shares expertise in sustainable agriculture, business innovation, and community development. Ratcliff’s public speaking engagements connect diverse audiences to the evolving landscape of American agriculture and highlight the importance of inclusive leadership in the industry.
