Kim To is a certified ADHD coach, neurodiversity consultant, and social entrepreneur working at the intersection of neurodiversity, technology, and the future of work.

After starting her career in management consulting and finance, To’s combined ADHD diagnosis became the catalyst for a complete professional pivot. What began as a personal journey to understand her own neurodivergence evolved into a broader mission to redesign how workplaces support neurodivergent talent, particularly those from marginalized and underrepresented backgrounds.

To is the founder of Own Your Flair LTD, a coaching and consulting company supporting individuals, founders, and organizations to build confidence, capability, and inclusive working practices. Through this work, she has delivered coaching, training, and advisory support to startups, scaleups, and established organizations navigating neurodiversity at work.

She is also building Flairya, a B2B SaaS platform using technology and AI to make neuroinclusive support accessible at scale. Flairya is designed to help organizations embed neurodiversity support into everyday systems, offering practical, personalized tools rather than relying solely on one to one interventions. The platform reflects To’s belief that inclusion must be designed into infrastructure, not treated as an optional add on.

To’s mission is to use technology to make workplaces genuinely inclusive and to ensure neurodiversity support is accessible, scalable, and equitable. Her work is deeply informed by an intersectional lens, exploring how neurodiversity intersects with gender, race, class, and late diagnosis, and how these factors shape who receives support and who is left behind.
