Born in Panama City, Panama, Daley moved to the United States at the tender age of 13, overcoming language barriers and cultural differences. His journey from a young immigrant to becoming one of the greatest Harlem Globetrotters of all time epitomizes perseverance and determination.

Daley’s passion for basketball earned him a full scholarship to the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he showcased his exceptional skills for two seasons before transferring to NAIA powerhouse Azusa Pacific University. Here, he achieved All-American status and went on to represent Panama in international basketball tournaments, spending six memorable years as a member of the Panamanian National basketball team.

At the pinnacle of his basketball career, Daley served as the captain and leader of the legendary Harlem Globetrotters for ten years, earning the nickname "Special K." His charismatic presence and extraordinary talent made him a fan favorite worldwide, leading to features in hundreds of international publications and TV shows. Daley also had the honor of playing the double for Michael Jordan in Gatorade's number-one commercial of all time, earning accolades from Michael Jordan himself.
