Keren Tsuk, PhD

Dr. Keren Tsuk is an organizational consultant, keynote speaker, and thought leader whose work focuses on the intersection of mindfulness and modern leadership. Tsuk holds a doctorate from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where her research examined leadership in 21st-century organizations. Her doctoral work explored how leaders can integrate material success with consciousness, enabling organizations to achieve financial results while engaging employees through intrinsic motivation, meaningfulness, and self-transcendence, fostering creativity and innovation. Tsuk's research identified mindfulness as a crucial tool for leaders to engage employees and drive organizational innovation.

As founder of the consulting firm Wisdom To Lead, Tsuk specializes in developing senior management teams and advancing corporate leadership. With more than 20 years of experience guiding global organizations through growth and transformation, she works with senior executives to enhance leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Tsuk developed a Mindfulness-Based Leadership course and retreat, which she conducts for organizations worldwide. Her clients include companies such as Checkpoint, Verint, Amdocs, Ex Libris, Google, and Siemens. She employs a holistic approach that integrates personal and organizational growth.

Tsuk is the author of "Mindfully Wise Leadership: The Secret of Today's Leaders," which presents her research and practical insights to a broad audience. Before her academic and consulting career, Tsuk served in the Israeli army as a combat sniper instructor, an experience that contributed to her leadership perspective.
