Kenston Henderson Sr.

Kenston Henderson Sr., known as The Bias Disrupter, The Game Changer, and The Winning Conversations Enthusiast, is recognized in the fields of leadership development, cultural transformation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Henderson is a leadership speaker, trainer, and coach, and serves as founder and CEO of Live With Lyfe, LLC, a talent development company. He draws on more than 20 years of experience in human resources to deliver presentations and training sessions focused on workplace culture, inclusive leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Henderson studied technical education and training at The Ohio State University and began his career in human resources before launching his own business. He is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Speaker, TEDx Signature Speaker, and Certified Speaking Professional. Henderson has delivered hundreds of presentations across 35 states and internationally, reaching audiences in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. As an ICN leadership award recipient, he develops programs that address practical workplace challenges. He is also a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid USA facilitator, reflecting his commitment to holistic well-being and professional development.

Henderson is the author of "Winning Conversations: How to Communicate Successfully and Courageously about Race" and "Parenting Like a Boss: Intentionally Committed." His book "Parenting Like a Boss" reached Amazon's Best Seller list. He has also released a solo instrumental project titled "BREATHE," a collection of soft sounds designed to promote relaxation and well-being.

Henderson has worked with organizations including Wendy's, Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentoring Center, NetJets Inc., The Ohio State University, The Ohio State Medical Center, and The Columbus Urban League.
