Ken Rusk is a construction business entrepreneur, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, and advocate for skilled trades. Rusk began his career as a ditch digger at age 15 and built a company that has grown into Rusk Industries, a portfolio of construction businesses with revenue exceeding nine figures. He leads Rusk Industries, Inc. in Toledo, Ohio, focusing on various construction and blue-collar business ventures.

Rusk is recognized as an Ohio-based entrepreneur and is often referred to as the "million-dollar ditch digger." He promotes the financial opportunities and career potential available in the skilled trades. His book, "Blue Collar Cash," achieved Wall Street Journal bestseller status and shares insights from more than 30 years in blue-collar trades as an entrepreneur, mentor, and life coach.
