Kellye Davis

Kellye Davis is a wellness author, certified yoga instructor, and stress management expert whose work supports individuals and organizations in navigating the pressures of modern life. Davis integrates practices such as meditation, reiki, and restorative yoga with experience as a writer, publisher, speaker, and CEO. Her approach centers on guiding others to move beyond managing daily stress and discover moments of everyday well-being.

Davis earned a degree in speech communications from Northeastern University and completed training at the Integral Yoga Institute in the United States, where she became certified in Hatha Yoga, Dhyana Yoga, Pranayama Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She also holds a certification in stress management. Her interest in yoga and wellness has led her to study in India, Africa, and South America. Davis became motivated to address the growing stress epidemic while running her family business, teaching yoga in high-pressure work environments, and operating her own yoga studio.

Davis' stress-relief philosophy is outlined in her first book, "The Bliss Principle; Stress-Free Lifestyle Program," which provides practical methods for stress reduction by accessing inner calm. She emphasizes bringing yoga principles into daily life, and her guide—based on the yoga philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism—offers readers meditation routines, stress and grief management techniques, healthy recipes, and ideas for creating serene spaces. In "The Bliss Principle – Easy Ways to Go from Stress to Peace," Davis presents strategies for achieving balance and peace, including meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, calming recipes, personal care tips, and environmental adjustments.

Davis began her writing and publishing career with the "Natural Health" column for New York Daily and has contributed to magazines and newspapers covering yoga, meditation, health, wellness, anxiety, and spirituality. She later founded the magazine Unwind, focused on workplace stress management, in collaboration with Westfair Communications in New York, serving as publisher and editor-in-chief. Her articles on stress management have appeared in Wag, Woman's World, Essence, and Massage Magazine.

Davis' expertise in workplace stress management has made her a sought-after public speaker, with clients including Bayer, Fuji Film, Mastercard, Snapple Beverages, Berkeley College, Oxford Health Plans, and Capital Health Systems. She has appeared as a guest on TV programs such as NBC's Weekend Today Show, Fox Network, Discovery Network, and WCBS News. Davis also volunteers as a yoga instructor with The Prison Project, a nonprofit organization teaching coping skills and meditation to incarcerated women. She has received rites of initiation as an Earth-keeper by Peruvian shamans of the Andes in South America, deepening her commitment to eco-healing and holistic wellness practices shared with audiences worldwide.
