Keith Craft

Keith Craft is a pastor, author, motivational speaker, and leadership coach known as the founder and lead pastor of Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas. A graduate of Evangel University with a Bachelor of Communications, Craft has built a career at the intersection of faith, personal development, and leadership strategy. His ministry emphasizes personal growth, transformational thinking, and faith-based leadership. Craft’s philosophy—that elevating your thinking elevates your life—serves as the foundation for both his church and his coaching work.

Prior to establishing Elevate Life Church, Craft worked as an evangelist, corporate coach, and motivational speaker, traveling extensively. He founded Team Strike Force, an evangelistic group that combined feats of strength with the Gospel message, reaching millions of students in thousands of schools worldwide and appearing on major platforms such as World News Tonight, ESPN, and NBA halftime shows. Before his pastoral career, Craft recorded a Christian rock album and was a member of Power Team, a group of Christian bodybuilders who shared their testimonies on television and at churches across the United States.

Craft and his family announced their vision to establish Elevate Life Church to a group of 23 individuals, launching a congregation that has since grown and impacted the Frisco community and beyond. The church’s growth reflects the influence of faith, resilience, and community commitment.

As an author, Craft is recognized for the book "Your Divine Fingerprint." The book explores the concept that individual differences are a unique form of glory and encourages readers to discover the key to their future success and achievement. In addition to his writing and pastoral work, Craft has spoken at major business seminars, Fortune 1000 companies, associations, non-profits, and educational institutions, sharing stages with former world leaders and prominent sports figures, including Super Bowl–winning coaches and MVP quarterbacks.

Craft also founded Leadershipology, an online quote service, and Leadership Shapers, an organization focused on developing leaders from the inside out. As a leadership coach, he works with individuals and organizations to foster transformational leadership, personal growth, teamwork, and success. His expertise in leadership development, faith-based coaching, and personal achievement continues to influence audiences in the business, faith, and personal development sectors.
