Dr. Katie Hurley, DSW, LCSW, is a child and adolescent psychotherapist, parenting educator, public speaker, and writer with a focus on youth mental health and emotional well-being. With 25 years of clinical experience, Hurley maintains a private practice in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, specializing in anxiety disorders and learning differences. She serves as senior clinical advisor for The Jed Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teen and young adult mental health and suicide prevention. Hurley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s studies from Boston College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania.
