Katie Andrews, MS, RDN, CDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Wellness by Katie, a corporate wellness practice focused on transforming organizational approaches to employee health. Andrews has worked extensively as a health educator in the corporate wellness sector, supporting clients in addressing the challenges of traditional corporate environments and promoting sustainable health practices.

Andrews began her career in investment banking, where she gained firsthand insight into corporate burnout and the impact of high-pressure work environments on nutrition, stress, and sleep. This experience informed her transition to the wellness industry, where she integrates scientific knowledge with an understanding of the human factors contributing to employee well-being.

Andrews completed a pre-med post-baccalaureate and earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Communications from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She completed her registered dietitian residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Media and Communications from New York University.
