Karen Newby is a registered nutritional therapist specializing in menopause nutrition and women's health. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Newby holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Medicine and is registered with BANT and CNHC. After graduating from the University of West London, she worked as an accounts director at organizations including Leo Burnett and Designate before transitioning to nutrition and establishing a private consultancy clinic.
