Kaillie Humphries

Kaillie Humphries is a Canadian-American bobsledder with an extensive record of victories in various competitions. Her career includes competing in events such as the two-woman bobsled and monobob. Humphries has earned Olympic gold medals for both Canada and the United States - a first in Olympic history for a woman. Moreover, she has won multiple World Championships. Her victories at the 2021 IBSF World Championships included the two-woman and monobob events, making her the first female bobsledder to achieve a double world title.

In 2019, Humphries began competing for the United States due to allegations of harassment from the Canadian bobsled federation. Her pioneering role in women's bobsledding is acknowledged with her being one of the first women to pilot a mixed-gender team in a four-person bobsled competition. Humphries was named to the U.S. bobsledding team for the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022, where she won gold in the monobob event. In 2026, she won bronze in Milan.

Outside the realm of competitions, Humphries has made significant contributions to various social causes. She is affiliated with the "I've Been Bullied" campaign, Right to Play, and the Special Olympics. In April 2011, she even traveled to Liberia to establish sports programs for underprivileged children through Right to Play.
