Justin W. Ball, CMP, is the president and founder of Bespoke, an international experiential marketing firm based in Colorado. Ball has established Bespoke as a recognized company in the meetings, incentives, and events industry, focusing on purposeful experiences that connect people with brands. As president of Bespoke, he assists corporations, associations, and nonprofit organizations across the United States by engaging stakeholders through purpose-led and intentional brand experiences worldwide.

Ball’s path to entrepreneurship was shaped by a career in operations and community service. Prior to founding Bespoke, Ball served as major gifts and office manager at United Way of Treasure Valley, focusing on initiatives in health, education, and financial stability. His entrepreneurial journey was influenced by more than a decade of operational leadership at Fast Enterprises, where he developed and managed a corporate events and travel team, producing meetings and events for groups ranging from six to more than 1,600 attendees. Drawing on this experience, Ball launched Bespoke from a home office with an initial investment, securing his first client—a local nonprofit fundraiser—before the company officially opened, and has since produced hundreds of meetings, incentives, and events worldwide.

Under Ball’s leadership, Bespoke emphasizes purpose, creativity, community, and authenticity, providing clients with clarity around their brand story and delivering experiences that foster audience loyalty and measurable business growth. Ball is a Certified Meeting Professional, accredited by the Convention Industry Council, a credential that underscores his command of industry standards and best practices. Ball has been recognized by Denver Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree for business success and community contributions.
