Julie Kantor

Julie Silard Kantor is a workforce strategist, entrepreneur, and the founder and CEO of Twomentor, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on building corporate mentoring and sponsorship cultures to support employee engagement and retention. Kantor has dedicated her career to mentorship, leadership development, and employee engagement solutions. Before founding Twomentor, Kantor served as executive director of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship across multiple markets, as national vice president of government affairs, and as policy director at the Aspen Institute Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy Group. She also led Million Women Mentors before launching Twomentor.com.

With more than two decades of experience in workforce development and social impact, Kantor has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits, including Marriott, Verizon, Cisco, Anthem, Optum, Sodexo, and the U.S. Government. Under her leadership, Twomentor has trained over 12,000 mentors and implemented Flash Mentoring and Speed Mentoring programs that provide measurable impact on professional development and organizational culture. Kantor specializes in building mentoring cultures and advancing workforce inclusion.

Kantor is a keynote speaker and consultant who has presented at global events such as Women in Tech International, U.S. News STEM Solutions, the Federal Reserve Bank, and the European Union. Her international outreach includes a TEDx-style presentation at the United Nations, where she addressed a global audience on social impact. She has been recognized by the White House, SmartCEO, and AT&T's Women Who Inspire for her work in mentorship and youth entrepreneurship.

Kantor is the author of "I Said Yes: Youth Entrepreneurship in America's Schools" and "The Mentor Road Trip Action Guide," and a contributing author of "Women in STEM: Realizing the Potential."
