Jon Muth

Jon Muth is the founder and CEO of Unbound Brews, a company focused on redefining the coffee experience by combining premium quality, convenience, and a commitment to social impact. After initially bootstrapping the business as Jonny’s Beanery, Muth established Unbound Brews with a mission to deliver high-quality, freshly roasted coffee and innovative products, such as flash-frozen coffee capsules, while ensuring that farmers benefit directly from their work. His leadership has positioned Unbound Brews as a leader in sustainable sourcing and product innovation within the specialty coffee industry.

Muth’s professional background includes experience in strategic planning and operational management. Prior to founding Unbound Brews, he contributed to growth strategy at Beyond Meat, working in both strategy and commercialization roles. Muth is a Certified Public Accountant, an ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Certified Associate Project Manager. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s degrees in accounting, finance, and Spanish from Penn State. His work has been recognized with honors such as the Larry Wolfen Entrepreneurial Spirit Fellowship from UCLA Anderson, which supports founders in scaling innovative ventures.
